Do you provide approval for medical marijuana?

Yes, if your medical condition is one of the conditions listed by the state then we can help you with the approval. Please note, most patients will need to be seen once every 3-6 months depending on their condition and risk factors etc.

How long is the wait time for a new patient appointment?

We require your demographic and insurance information as well as your medical records before we can give you an appointment. Typically once we receive all the records, we can schedule a new patient within 2 weeks.

What kind of injections do you provide?

We provide a variety of injections for example x-ray guided Spine injections (Epidural steroid injections, Nerve Blocks, Facet blocks), RFA (Radio frequency Ablation), Cortisone injections for Knees, hips and shoulders under x-ray guidance, Botox Injections for chronic migraines etc.

What kind of treatment do you provide for weight loss?

  • Medications for suppressing the appetite
  • High protein, low calory meal replacement foods (Bars and Shakes, etc)

Do you provide opioids for pain?

Opioids are a therapy of last resort for most types of chronic pain when all other treatment options have failed or proved inadequate. Because opioid therapy involves serious risks including addiction and death from overdose it is not appropriate for everyone. We do provide chronic opioid therapy to appropriate patients after careful evaluation of their history and exam. This type of treatment requires very close monitoring including frequent urine toxicology testing etc.

We follow all local and national guidelines and policies, for example, CDC Guidelines for Chronic Opioid therapy. Accordingly, we do not prescribe >89 MME of opioids for chronic non cancer pain. We also require discontinuation of  Benzodiazepines if you are on chronic opioid therapy.

He is the best there ever is. He takes his time with patients, educate you about your pain, think outside the box, found solutions to pain that persisted for years without remedy with others. You tried others, now try the BEST. Dr. Pankaj Garg.
